A large antique Bohemian glass decanter made in the Persian market tradition, richly decorated with hand painted floral enamel, gilt scrollwork, and cut textured glass panels.
The piece features a tall ringed neck and an elongated matching stopper, giving it a strong architectural presence. The combination of clear glass, colorful enamel flowers, and extensive gilded decoration is characteristic of decorative Bohemian export glass produced for Middle Eastern markets during the 19th century.
A substantial display piece at 53 cm high, with visible age related wear consistent with antique use.
