Due to the unique, antique, vintage, fragile, and often one of a kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Please note that antique and vintage items naturally show signs of age and use. These may include scratches, dents, small cracks, chips, fading, oxidation, patina, surface wear, previous repairs, restoration, or maintenance. Such characteristics are part of the item’s age and history and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make every effort to photograph and describe each piece accurately and to mention any significant condition issues known to us. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs, measurements, condition details, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you require additional photographs, videos, measurements, or condition information, please contact us before placing your order.

If an item arrives with significant damage caused during shipping, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
