A striking example of Bohemian decorative glassware, this mould pressed uranium glass decanter captivates with its intense yellow green color the unmistakable hallmark of uranium oxide glass. A favorite among serious collectors of antique and vintage glass.
The generous globular body is covered entirely in a deeply impressed all over floral and foliate scroll pattern, swirling chrysanthemum and leaf motifs that catch and refract light beautifully. The tall cylindrical neck rises elegantly from the rounded form, topped with its original matching ball stopper bearing the same pressed floral decoration.
