Large hand cast bronze candlestick in the form of a sinuous Naga dragon, with detailed scales, open mouth, decorative lotus style base and two candle platforms positioned at the head and raised tail.
The surface has an attractive naturally aged green verdigris patina, giving the piece strong sculptural character. This type of dragon form bronze work is associated with Indonesian and Balinese decorative arts.
A striking statement piece suitable as a candlestick, sculpture or Asian interior accent.
