Decorative antique jewelry casket featuring elaborate pierced floral metalwork, ivory toned inset panels and a central oval miniature painting depicting figures in a romantic landscape.
The box is constructed with a dark wood body, ornate corner mounts and feet, and a rich red velvet lined interior. The exterior shows attractive age related patina, wear, surface marks and natural cracking to the pale inset panels, all consistent with its vintage character.
