Large antique American banquet lamp featuring a deep ruby red satin glass body with elaborate raised drapery and foliate decoration, an ornate pierced metal gallery, substantial cast metal pedestal base, and tall clear glass chimney.
The burner is clearly marked "CONSOLIDATED" with patent information. The lamp retains extensive natural age related character throughout, including oxidation, tarnish, surface wear and patina to the metal fittings.
Presented in its existing antique condition without polishing or restoration. A highly decorative late 19th / early 20th century lighting piece with impressive scale and richly detailed metalwork.
